For over 40 years, we have designed and built custom, semi custom and spec homes in northern Virginia and Maryland.

Since 2005 we have focused on single family spec houses in Falls Church and McLean.  Our decades of expertise in design and construction have allowed us to provide completed high end custom feeling homes to buyers who are ready to move in.

Joey Randhawa is the President of Randhawa, Inc.  For 17 years, he has been responsible for the design, construction and sales of over 50 single family houses in Falls Church worked on over 100 deals in Northern Virginia.  He enjoys the satisfaction of envisioning an idea, designing the plan and seeing the construction progress every day towards the joy of a finished product and happy client.

Randhawa, Inc was founded by Deep and Simran Randhawa.   Both architects who wanted to start their own firm after working for many years with prominent architects & developers. Since 1978 they have been responsible for designing and building dozens of estates in McLean and Potomac.

Joey was born and raised in McLean Virginia.  He received his BA in Economics from the University of Michigan. In addition to leading Randhawa, Inc. he is the  co-founder of REP Real Estate Partners, a real estate brokerage and owner of Little City Homes, a development firm. He currently lives in the City of Falls Church with his wife and three children.
